Introduction: The 1930 Capacitance Meter is optimized for high speed and low ESR measurements on tantalum as well as other types of capacitors. Significant engineering effort went into designing the 1930 to out perform other LCR meters when measuring low ESR values at 100kHz. Fast settling time and quick recovery from open or shorted devices can significantly reduce test times especially on capacitors greater than 100uF at 120Hz, thus improving component throughput. Capacitance and impedance measurements can be performed over a frequency range from 100Hz to 100kHz. Emphasis has been placed on ease of use through menu programming and fast accurate production testing via the 1930's remote control capabilities. Uses:
Features
Description: 20 Measurement Parameters
Setup Storage/Recall The test operator has the ability to store and recall, from internal memory, up to 30 single test setups and 10 sequential setups (six tests in sequence). The front panel can be locked out, with password protection, to ensure that procedures are run the same way every time. Fast Test Recovery and Settling Recovers from an open or shorted device in less than 10ms. Settles to 0.1% in 40 to 50us/uF. |
