Product improvements on KENDEIL aluminium electrolytic capacitors

Dear Customers,

We are glad to inform you about some major product improvements in the production of our aluminium electrolytic capacitors.

After a long period of testing we have now started to use new improved materials. The major changes are:

1. A new electrolyte with increased life expectancy, high stable even at high temperatures with low ESR and low leakage-current.
   
2. A new high density aluminium foil with increased surge voltage, which makes the capacitor more reliable at maximum operating-voltage and short-time over-voltage.
   
3. Through the usage of the new electrolyte and aluminium foil we are now able to use a new and thicker isolation paper, which also increases the voltage stability and reduces the possibility of short circuits under stress conditions.

These facts combined with the computer controlled fully automatic ageing and testing machine assure that only 100% tested high reliable products can leave the factory.
